Economic and commercial mission of La Francophonie in Central and Eastern Europe
After several missions to Southeast Asia, Central Africa and Lebanon, the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) is organising, in collaboration with the Romanian authorities and its technical partners, a new economic mission to Central and Eastern Europe in Bucharest, Romania, from 27 to 29 March 2024.
This mission is part of the Economic Strategy for La Francophonie 2020-2025, which aims to intensify trade and investment exchanges between its 88 member states and governments.
The mission brings together a high-level economic forum and business-to-business networking sessions, particularly in the agri-food, digital - including cybersecurity and the video games industry, green energy and medical sectors.
The mission includes support from experts, visits to company sites and networking opportunities to identify and realise commercial and investment opportunities.
